Government and Corruption

Government is a form of Organization of the People, By the people and For the People. When a Government is Corrupt the people too should be blamed. We are stakeholders of the Government. We contribute to the Good or the bad. As can be seen nowadays youth are running from pillar to post looking for a job. They start by studying hard and hope for a decent job. In India we see many are from the rural areas but are talented and skilled. From those who can afford they go and specialize themselves. There are some who are really gifted and those who have parents who can pay for them to become somewhat 'specialized'. This brings in the danger as they don't have the passion to serve but they destroy the system of Governance instead. Now the hard working youth from urban and rural cannot and will not pay for a Government job, but will instead hope to get the job in a proper manner as mandated in law. Apply through proper Challans, jobs that should be advertised by the Government as soon as the post is vacant. That does not seem to be so and those who can pay or have influence or relatives already in service get the job through the back door. This breeds Nepotism which is highly illegal and morally wrong. But that is how it is and those who do not get the job, some go into depression, some are filled with anger, some just while away into something else to sustain. While those in the system help the wrong continue and allow corruption in large scale. This results in the poor healthcare services by the Government, encouraging exploitation by some commercialized private Hospitals and doctors, bad roads, poor educational system, agents in agriculture, no security and justice for common man etc. Now who can stop this? it is a determined leader who can put a stop to this and that can happen only with the will of the people. They decide and chose the leader. So society as a whole should sit up and think whether they want a Good Government clean of Corruption.
